Information and documentation to accompany application for registration4

An application under section 24(1) of the Measure must—
a
be in writing on a form approved by the Welsh Ministers;
b
be sent or delivered to the appropriate office; and
c
include the information and documentation referred to in Part 1 of Schedule 2 in respect of the matters mentioned therein.

An application under section 26(1) of the Measure must—
a
be in writing on a form approved by the Welsh Ministers;
b
be sent or delivered to the appropriate office; and
c
include the information and documentation referred to in Part 2 of Schedule 2 in respect of the matters mentioned therein.
