Notification of suspension, etc42
The Welsh Ministers must, in accordance with regulation 43, give the registered person written notice of any suspension, and any such notice must–
a
include the reasons for the decision;
b
include details of the registered person’s right of appeal against suspension; and
c
where regulation 41(4) applies, state that fact and identify which of the circumstances identified in that regulation applies.
