Title, commencement and application1.

The title of this Order is the Local Government (Performance Indicators and Standards) (Wales) Order 2010.

This Order applies only to Welsh improvement authorities which are county and county borough council in Wales, and subject to paragraph (3) comes into force on the 1 April 2010.

Schedule 5 comes into force on 1 April 2012 and applies in relation to the financial years beginning 1 April 2012, 1 April 2013 and 1 April 2014.

This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Performance indicators and standards2.

The performance indicators and performance standards are specified in relation to the functions identified in the table below.
