Amendment to the Bluetongue (Wales) Regulations 2008
6.—(1) The Bluetongue (Wales) Regulations 2008(1) are amended as follows.
(2) Regulation 8(3) is revoked.
(3) In regulations 8(1)(a) and (2) and 11(b) for “Divisional Veterinary Manager” substitute “Welsh Ministers”.
