Diwygiadau i Reoliadau Llywodraethu Ysgolion a Gynhelir

87.—(1) Diwygir Atodlen 5 i Reoliadau Llywodraethu Ysgolion a Gynhelir fel a ganlyn—

(a)yn is-baragraff (a) o baragraff 6, ar ôl “ddad-wneud” mewnosoder “neu os bod cyfnod moratoriwm o dan orchymyn rhyddhau o ddyled yn gymwys mewn perthynas ag ef”;

(b)yn is-baragraff (c) o baragraff 9, rhodder “adrannau 28, 29 neu 29A” yn lle “adrannau 28 a 29”;

(c)ar ôl is-baragraff (bb) o baragraff 9 mewnosoder—

“(bc)wedi ei anghymhwyso rhag cofrestru o dan Ran XA o Ddeddf Plant 1989(1) ar gyfer gofalu am blant neu ddarparu gofal dydd;

(bd)wedi ei anghymhwyso rhag cofrestru o dan Ran 3 o Ddeddf Gofal Plant 2006(2);”;

(ch)yn is-baragraff (1) o baragraff 10, yn lle “Yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraff (6)” rhodder “Yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraff (5)”; a

(d)ym mharagraff 10, yn lle is-baragraff (5) rhodder—

“(5) At ddibenion is-baragraffau (2) i (4) uchod, rhaid diystyru unrhyw gollfarn gan lys y tu allan i'r Deyrnas Unedig neu gerbron llys o'r fath, am drosedd na fyddai, pe bai'r ffeithiau a oedd wedi arwain at y drosedd wedi digwydd yn unrhyw ran o'r Deyrnas Unedig, wedi ei hystyried yn drosedd yn y rhan honno o'r Deyrnas Unedig o dan y gyfraith mewn grym ar yr adeg yr oedd y ffeithiau a oedd wedi arwain at y drosedd wedi digwydd.”.

(2) Yn is-baragraff (b) o baragraff 1, o Atodlen 7 i Reoliadau Llywodraethu Ysgolion a Gynhelir, ar ôl “pan fo person perthnasol yn bartner” mewnosoder “busnes”.
