The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4, 5, 6 and 10 of the Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 20101 and have consulted such persons as appear to them as having an interest in the subject matter of the Regulations.

A draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales before being made, as required by section 11 of the Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010.
