National Curriculum (Key Stage 2 Assessment Arrangements) (Wales) Order 20042
The National Curriculum (Key Stage 2 Assessment Arrangements) (Wales) Order 20042 is amended as follows—
a
in article 3(1), after the definition of “summer term” insert—
“working day” (“diwrnod gwaith”) means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a day which is a bank holiday within the meaning of section 1 of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 19713.
b
in article 4(3) for “two weeks” substitute “twenty working days”.
