National Curriculum (Key Stage 2 Assessment Arrangements) (Wales) Order 2004

2.  The National Curriculum (Key Stage 2 Assessment Arrangements) (Wales) Order 2004(1) is amended as follows—

(a) in article 3(1), after the definition of “summer term” insert—

““working day” (“diwrnod gwaith”) means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a day which is a bank holiday within the meaning of section 1 of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971(2).”; and

(b) in article 4(3) for “two weeks” substitute “twenty working days”.
