10. Such information about any targets—
(a)for improvements set by the governing body in respect of the performance of pupils at the school as is required to be published by virtue of regulations made under section 19 of the Education Act 1997(1); and
(b)for reducing the level of unauthorised absences on the part of relevant day pupils at the school as have been set by the governing body by virtue of regulations made under section 63 of the 1998 Act(2).
