The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers contained in section 40(2)(b) of the Health Act 20091.
Title and interpretation1

The title of this Order is the Health Act 2009 (Commencement No. 2) (Wales) Order 2011.

In this Order, “the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Health Act 2009.
Appointed day2
1 February 2012 is the appointed day for the coming into force of section 22 of the Act in so far as it is not already in force.

The provisions of the Act listed in the table below have been brought into force in relation to Wales by commencement order S.I.2010/930 (W.95) (C.63).
