Cyrchfan y tu allan i'r Deyrnas Unedig
18.—(1) Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn ymwneud â llwyth y daethpwyd ag ef i mewn i Gymru ond y bwriedir iddo fynd i gyrchfan olaf y tu allan i'r Deyrnas Unedig.
(2) Yn achos anifail a draddodir i gyrchfan y tu allan i'r Undeb Ewropeaidd, rhaid i'r person sy'n hysbysu ei fod wedi cyrraedd, gyflwyno tystiolaeth ddogfennol y bydd y gyrchwlad yn derbyn yr anifail, a chaiff y milfeddyg swyddogol mewn arolygfa ffin, os na ddarperir y ddogfennaeth, wrthod derbyn yr anifail.
(3) Yn achos cynhyrchion, caniateir i lwyth, y bwriedir iddo fynd i gyrchfan y tu allan i'r Deyrnas Unedig ac y daethpwyd ag ef i arolygfa ffin, gael ei gludo yn uniongyrchol o'r arolygfa ffin (yn achos maes awyr, rhaid iddo fod drwy'r awyr, ac yn achos porthladd, rhaid iddo fod ar y môr) i gyrchfan y tu allan i'r Deyrnas Unedig heb DMMG, os nad yw'n aros yn yr arolygfa ffin am fwy na 12 awr (yn achos maes awyr) neu saith niwrnod (yn achos porthladd).
(4) Ond os bwriedir anfon y llwyth i gyrchfan yn yr Undeb Ewropeaidd, ac na chaniateir mewnforio'r cynnyrch i'r Undeb Ewropeaidd, rhaid i'r milfeddyg swyddogol wrthod y llwyth.
