4.—(1) Cynhyrchion a anfonir fel cynhyrchion masnach neu a fwriedir ar gyfer arddangosfeydd ar yr amod na fwriedir iddynt gael eu marchnata ac a awdurdodwyd ymlaen llaw ar gyfer y diben hwnnw gan Weinidogion Cymru.
(2) Cynhyrchion a fwriedir ar gyfer astudiaethau penodol neu ddadansoddiadau ar yr amod nad oes bwriad i'r cynhyrchion hynny gael eu bwyta gan bobl ac a awdurdodwyd ymlaen llaw ar gyfer y diben hwnnw gan Weinidogion Cymru.
(3) Pan fo'r arddangosfa wedi gorffen neu pan fo'r astudiaethau penodol neu ddadansoddiadau wedi eu gwneud, rhaid dinistrio'r cynhyrchion hyn, ac eithrio'r sypiau a ddefnyddiwyd ar gyfer y dadansoddiadau, neu eu hailddosbarthu fel a bennir yn yr awdurdodiad mewnforio.
