Title, commencement and application1.
(1)
The title of these Regulations is the RTM Companies (Model Articles) (Wales) Regulations 2011.
(2)
These Regulations come into force on 30 November 2011.

Form and content of articles of association of RTM companies2.
(1)
Subject to paragraph (3) the articles of association of an RTM company take the form, and include the provisions, set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
(2)
Subject to paragraph (3) the provisions referred to in paragraph (1) have effect for an RTM company whether or not they are adopted by the company.
(3)
Where an RTM company wishes to have its articles of association in Welsh, its articles of association take the form and include the provisions set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
Revocation of instrument3.
The RTM Companies (Memorandum and Articles of Association) (Wales) Regulations 20044 are revoked.
