1.  The fireplace must be installed, maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction manual references “Highlander. The Dunsley-Enviroburn-5. Clean Burn Stove Installation and operating instructions, D12-01-09, D060-01-09, D13-01-09, D12-12-08.”
