Subject to paragraph (2)—
a
the 2007 Regulations; and
b
the 2010 Amendment Regulations
are revoked.

Where a person has applied for a grant under the 2007 Regulations (as amended) but the application has not been approved or refused before these Regulations come into force, or if the application has been approved but none of the works have been commenced, the application will be treated as having been made under these Regulations.
