Cyfarfodydd y Gorfforaeth
11.—(1) Rhaid i'r Gorfforaeth gyfarfod o leiaf un waith ym mhob tymor, a chynnal cyfarfodydd eraill yn ôl yr angen.
(2) Rhaid i gyfarfod cyntaf y Gorfforaeth gael ei alw gan unrhyw bedwar aelod, a rhaid iddynt, o leiaf bum niwrnod gwaith cyn dyddiad y cyfarfod, anfon hysbysiad ysgrifenedig a chopi o'r agenda arfaethedig at yr aelodau eraill.
(3) Yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraffau (2), (4) a (5), rhaid i bob cyfarfod o'r Gorfforaeth gael ei gynnull gan y Clerc, sy'n gorfod anfon at yr aelodau, o leiaf bum niwrnod gwaith cyn dyddiad y cyfarfod, hysbysiad ysgrifenedig a chopi o'r agenda arfaethedig.
(4) Os bwriedir ystyried mewn unrhyw gyfarfod o'r Gorfforaeth, dâl, amodau gwaith, ymddygiad, atal dros dro, diswyddiad neu ymddeoliad y Clerc, rhaid i'r Cadeirydd anfon at yr aelodau, o leiaf bum niwrnod gwaith cyn dyddiad y cyfarfod, gopi o'r eitem agenda dan sylw ynghyd ag unrhyw ddogfennau perthnasol.
(5) Caniateir i gyfarfod arbennig o'r Gorfforaeth gael ei gynnull ar unrhyw adeg gan y Cadeirydd neu ar gais ysgrifenedig unrhyw bum aelod. Pan fo'r Cadeirydd neu, yn ei absenoldeb, yr Is-gadeirydd, yn rhoi cyfarwyddyd i'r perwyl hwnnw ar y sail bod materion sy'n galw am eu hystyried ar frys, caniateir i'r hysbysiad sy'n cynnull y cyfarfod a'r agenda arfaethedig gael eu rhoi o fewn llai na phum niwrnod gwaith.
(6) Rhaid i bob aelod weithredu er lles y Gorfforaeth a chan hynny ni chaiff gymryd ei rwymo wrth siarad a phleidleisio gan eirchion a roddir gan unrhyw gorff neu berson arall.
