Diogelwch gwladol — ymchwiliadau
20.—(1) Yn achos unrhyw apêl benodol, os yw'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol yn ardystio y byddai, ym marn yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol, yn groes i fuddiannau diogelwch gwladol—
(a)pe bai ymchwiliad o dan y Rheoliadau hyn yn cael ei gynnal, neu
(b)pe bai unrhyw aelodau o'r cyhoedd, neu unrhyw bersonau penodedig, yn cael mynediad i'r ymchwiliad neu ryw ran benodedig ohono,
rhaid peidio â chynnal yr ymchwiliad neu, yn ôl fel y digwydd, peidio â chaniatáu mynediad i aelodau'r cyhoedd, neu'r personau hynny i'r ymchwiliad neu i'r rhan honno o'r ymchwiliad.
(2) Ym mharagraff (1) ystyr “penodedig” yw—
(a)penodedig yn y dystysgrif, neu
(b)o ddisgrifiad a bennir yn y dystysgrif.
