5. Yn rheoliad 22 (Samplu)—
(1) Ar ôl paragraff (6) mewnosoder—
“(7) A sample of seed of a conservation variety or standard seed of an amateur variety taken for the purposes of checking compliance with these Regulations must be taken in accordance with the requirements contained in Schedule 5 of the Seed (Registration, Licensing and Enforcement) (Wales) Regulations 2005(1).
(8) If a sample of seed of a conservation variety or standard seed of an amateur variety taken for the purposes of an examination is found not to have been taken in accordance with the requirements of seeds regulations(2), no examination or no further examination may be made of that sample and any finding is null and void.”.
