Dal swydd cadeirydd ac is-gadeirydd
8.—(1) Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys i unrhyw berson a benodir yn gadeirydd neu'n is-gadeirydd i'r pwyllgor.
(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i'r Rheoliadau hyn, mae cadeirydd neu is-gadeirydd yn dal ac yn gadael ei swydd yn unol â thelerau penodiad y person hwnnw.
(3) Caniateir penodi cadeirydd neu is-gadeirydd am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na phedair blynedd.
(4) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (5) caiff cadeirydd neu is-gadeirydd pan ddaw ei dymor yn ei swydd i ben gael ei ailethol yn unol â rheoliad 6(1) neu 6(3) yn y drefn honno.
(5) Ni chaiff person ddal swydd fel cadeirydd nac is-gadeirydd i'r pwyllgor am gyfanswm o fwy nag wyth mlynedd, ac ni chaiff person gael ei benodi am gyfnodau olynol fel is-gadeirydd neu, yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (6), fel cadeirydd.
(6) Caiff cadeirydd cyntaf y pwyllgor a benodwyd gan Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre, yn unol â rheoliad 6(2), pan ddaw tymor ei benodiad i ben, gael ei benodi i swydd cadeirydd gan y pwyllgor os yw'n llwyddiannus yn y broses benodi a redir gan y pwyllgor yn unol â'i reolau sefydlog.
(7) Mae cyfeiriadau at ddal swydd is-gadeirydd yn gyfeiriadau at ei benodiad yn is-gadeirydd ac nid at ddal swydd fel aelod o'r pwyllgor.
