3. Ni chyflawnir unrhyw drosedd o dan adran 7A(1) o'r Ddeddf (gwaharddiad ar arddangosiadau tybaco)(1) drwy arddangos cynhyrchion tybaco os yw'r arddangosiad—
(a)mewn mangre gwerthwr tybaco arbenigol; a
(b)yn un nad yw'n weladwy o'r tu allan i fangre'r gwerthwr tybaco arbenigol.
