This Order applies to the whole of the County Borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf with the exception of—
a
that length of the A465 from the boundary with the County Borough of Merthyr Tydfil at a point approximately 15 metres east of its junction with the B4276 Merthyr Road, to the boundary with the County Borough of Neath Port Talbot at a point approximately 1809 metres east of the westbound Glynneath off-slip;
b
that length of the A470 from the boundary with the City and County of Cardiff at a point approximately 237 metres north of the centre of the A470/A4054/ B4262 Ynys Bridge roundabout, Taffs Well, to the boundary with the County Borough of Merthyr Tydfil at a point approximately 220 metres south of the Goitre-Coed Road overbridge.
