2. 19 Mehefin 2012 yw'r diwrnod penodedig i ddarpariaethau canlynol y Ddeddf ddod i rym o ran Cymru—
(a)adran 22 (cymorth i ganlyn addysg neu hyfforddiant) i'r graddau nad yw eisoes mewn grym(1),
(b)adran 23 (estyn yr hawl i gael cynghorydd personol ac i gael cymorth mewn cysylltiad ag addysg neu hyfforddiant) i'r graddau nad yw eisoes mewn grym(2),
(c)adran 24 (estyn y pŵer i wneud taliadau mewn arian parod),
(d)adran 25 (seibiannau oddi wrth ofalu am blant anabl) i'r graddau nad yw eisoes mewn grym(3), ac
(e)adran 42 ac Atodlen 4 (diddymu) i'r graddau y maent yn ymwneud â diddymu darpariaethau canlynol Deddf 1989(4)—
(i)y geiriau “in exceptional circumstances” yn adran 17(6),
(ii)is-adrannau (4) i (7) o adran 23B, a
(iii)yn Atodlen 2, ym mharagraff 6(1), y gair “and” yn union cyn paragraff (b).
