1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the General Teaching Council for Wales (Functions) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.
(2) Regulation 2(2) comes into force on 2 April 2012, regulations 2(3)(a) and 2(4)(a) come into force on the day that section 8 of the Education Act 2011(1) comes into force and regulations 2(3)(b) and (c) and 2(4)(b) and (c) come into force on the day that section 7 of the Education Act 2011 comes into force.
