The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 58(2) of the Children and Families (Wales) Measure 2010(1), make the following Regulations:

2010 nawm 1. Section 71 of the 2010 Measure defines the meaning of “prescribed” and “regulations” for the purpose of section 58(2).
