The Welsh Ministers are designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 in relation to measures in the veterinary and phytosanitary fields for the protection of public health2.
The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.
