Pecynnu a selio
16.—(1) Rhaid i'r holl hadau, ac eithrio hadau a werthir yn rhydd (ynglŷn â hynny gweler Rhan 5 o Atodlen 3), gael eu cyflenwi mewn pecynnau seliedig, gan berson a drwyddedwyd i wneud hynny o dan reoliad 20.
(2) Rhaid i'r hadau a becynnir fod mewn lotiau unffurf.
(3) Rhaid i becyn gael ei selio gan, neu o dan oruchwyliaeth, samplwr hadau trwyddedig.
(4) Rhaid i'r pecyn fod â system selio na ellir ei hailddefnyddio, neu gael ei selio mewn modd y byddai ei agor—
(a)yn difrodi'r system selio; neu
(b)yn gadael tystiolaeth o ymyrryd, naill ai ar y label neu ar y pecyn.
(5) Os agorir pecyn gan rywun ac eithrio'r defnyddiwr terfynol, rhaid ail-labelu'r pecyn a'i ailselio gan, neu o dan oruchwyliaeth, samplwr hadau trwyddedig, a rhaid datgan, ar y label, y ffaith ei fod wedi ei ailselio, y dyddiad yr ailseliwyd ef ddiwethaf a'r awdurdod sy'n gyfrifol amdano.
(6) Nid yw'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys mewn perthynas â marchnata pecynnau bach o hadau fel y'u diffinnir yn Atodlen 3.
