Gofynion ychwanegol ar gyfer hadau ŷd

12.—(1) Rhaid i label swyddogol ar gyfer haidd noeth C1 ac C2 gynnwys y geiriau “minimum germination capacity 75%”.

(2) Rhaid i label swyddogol ar gyfer hadau ŷd sylfaenol o amrywogaethau sy'n hybridiau neu'n llinellau mewnfrid gynnwys—

(a)ar gyfer hadau sylfaenol pan fo'r hybrid neu'r llinell fewnfrid y mae'r hadau yn perthyn iddo neu iddi wedi ei dderbyn neu wedi ei derbyn ar Restr Genedlaethol y Deyrnas Unedig neu'r Catalog Cyffredin, yr enw y'i derbyniwyd yn swyddogol odano, gyda chyfeiriad at yr amrywogaeth derfynol neu hebddo, ac os bwriedir yr hadau yn unig fel cydran ar gyfer amrywogaethau terfynol, y gair “component”;

(b)ar gyfer hadau sylfaenol mewn achosion eraill, enw'r gydran y mae'r hadau sylfaenol yn perthyn iddi, y caniateir ei ddangos ar ffurf cod, ynghyd â chyfeiriad at yr amrywogaeth derfynol, gan gyfeirio neu beidio at ei swyddogaeth (gwryw neu fenyw) ynghyd â'r gair “component”.

(3) Rhaid i label swyddogol ar gyfer hadau ŷd ardystiedig (CS, C1 neu C2) o amrywogaethau sy'n hybridiau neu'n llinellau mewnfrid gynnwys y gair “hybrid” ar ôl yr amrywogaeth.

(4) Pan fo hadau'n cael eu marchnata fel hadau o safon wirfoddol uwch rhaid i'r label gynnwys y llythrennau “HVS”.
