The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 8(1)(a), 8(2) and 50(2) of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 20091, and having consulted those persons which they are required, by section 8(3) of that Measure, to consult, make the following Order.
