Diwygiad canlyniadol i Reoliadau Diogelwch Bwyd (Samplu a Chymwysterau) 1990

28.  Yn Rheoliadau Diogelwch Bwyd (Samplu a Chymwysterau) 1990(1), yn Atodlen 1 (darpariaethau nad yw'r Rheoliadau hynny'n gymwys iddynt)—

(a)hepgorer enw a chyfeirnod Rheoliadau Deunyddiau ac Eitemau Plastig mewn Cysylltiad â Bwyd (Cymru) 2009(2); a

(b)yn lle enw a chyfeirnod Rheoliadau Deunyddiau ac Eitemau mewn Cysylltiad â Bwyd (Cymru) 2010(3) rhodder enw a chyfeirnod y Rheoliadau hyn.

Diwygiad i Reoliadau Labelu Bwyd 1996

29.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Labelu Bwyd 1996(4) wedi eu diwygio'n unol â pharagraff (2).

(2) Yn rheoliad 2(1) (dehongli), yn lle'r diffiniad o “ingredient”, rhodder y diffiniad a ganlyn—

““ingredient” means—

(a)

any substance, including any additive or food enzyme and any constituent of a compound ingredient, which is used in the preparation of a food and which is still present in the finished product, even if in altered form; or

(b)

any released active substance within the meaning of Article 3(f) of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 450/2009 on active and intelligent materials and articles intended to come into contact with food,

and a “compound ingredient” is composed of two or more such substances;”.

(3) Bydd paragraffau (1) a (2) yn dirwyn i ben ar 13 Rhagfyr 2014.

30.  Mae'r Rheoliadau canlynol wedi eu dirymu—

(a)Rheoliadau Eitemau Ceramig mewn Cyffyrddiad â Bwyd (Cymru) 2006(5);

(b)Rheoliadau Deunyddiau ac Eitemau Plastig mewn Cysylltiad â Bwyd (Cymru) 2009(6);

(c)Rheoliadau Deunyddiau ac Eitemau mewn Cysylltiad â Bwyd (Cymru) 2010(7);

(d)Rheoliadau Deunyddiau ac Eitemau Plastig mewn Cysylltiad â Bwyd (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2011(8).

O.S. 1990/2463, a ddiwygiwyd gan O.S. 2009/481 (Cy.49) ac O.S. 2010/2288 (Cy.200); mae offerynnau diwygio eraill, ond nid oes yr un ohonynt yn berthnasol.
