Changes to Legislation
Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. RHAN 2LL+CGofynion Cyffredinol ar gyfer Deunyddiau ac Eitemau
Troseddau mynd yn groes i ddarpariaethau penodedig yn Rheoliad 1935/2004LL+C
4.—(1) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson, wrth gynnal busnes mewn cysylltiad â storio, paratoi, pecynnu, gwerthu neu weini bwyd, roi ar y farchnad na defnyddio unrhyw ddeunydd neu eitem nad yw'n cydymffurfio â gofynion Erthygl 3(1) (gofynion cyffredinol) neu Erthygl 4(1), (2), (3) neu (4) (gofynion arbennig ar gyfer deunyddiau ac eitemau gweithredol a deallus).
(2) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson roi ar y farchnad unrhyw ddeunydd neu eitem nad yw'n cydymffurfio â gofynion Erthygl 3(2), 4(5) neu (6) neu 15(1), (3), (4), (7) neu (8) fel y'u darllenir gydag Erthygl 15(2) (labelu).
(3) Mae unrhyw berson sy'n mynd yn groes i baragraff (1) neu (2) neu Erthygl 11(4) neu (5) (awdurdodi Cymunedol) neu 17(2) (y gallu i olrhain) yn euog o drosedd.
(4) Yn y rheoliad hwn mae cyfeiriad at Erthygl â rhif yn gyfeiriad at yr Erthygl honno yn Rheoliad 1935/2004.

6.—(1) Y cyrff canlynol yw'r rhai sydd wedi eu dynodi'n awdurdodau cymwys at ddibenion y darpariaethau yn Rheoliad 1935/2004 a bennir isod—
(a)o ran Erthyglau 9 (cais am awdurdodi sylwedd newydd) a 13 (awdurdodau cymwys Aelod-wladwriaethau), yr Asiantaeth Safonau Bwyd; a
(b)o ran Erthyglau 16(1) (datganiad o gydymffurfedd) a 17(2) (y gallu i olrhain), yr Asiantaeth Safonau Bwyd, pob awdurdod bwyd yn ei ardal a phob awdurdod iechyd porthladd yn ei ranbarth.
(2) Yr awdurdod cymwys at ddibenion Erthygl 6(2) (system reoli ansawdd) a 7(3) (dogfennaeth) o Reoliad 2023/2006 yw pob awdurdod bwyd yn ei ardal.
