Troseddau mynd yn groes i ddarpariaethau penodedig yn Rheoliad 450/2009
7.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i'r darpariaethau trosiannol yn Erthygl 14 (dod i rym a chymhwyso) o Reoliad 450/2009, bydd unrhyw berson sy'n rhoi ar y farchnad unrhyw ddeunydd neu eitem sy'n weithredol neu'n ddeallus ac nad yw'n cydymffurfio â gofynion Erthygl 4 o'r Rheoliad hwnnw yn euog o drosedd.
(2) Mae unrhyw berson sy'n methu â chydymffurfio â gofynion Erthygl 13 (dogfennaeth ategol) o Reoliad 450/2009 yn euog o drosedd.

8. Yr awdurdodau cymwys at ddibenion Erthygl 13 o Reoliad 450/2009 yw'r Asiantaeth Safonau Bwyd, pob awdurdod bwyd yn ei ardal a phob awdurdod iechyd porthladd yn ei ranbarth.
