Education panel members
9. No person may be appointed as a member of the education panel unless the Welsh Ministers are satisfied that the person—
(a)is not eligible for appointment as a Chair; and
(b)has current knowledge and experience of children with—
(i)special educational needs; or
(ii)disabilities; or
(iii)if required, both.
