Datgan parthau

21.—(1) O ran datgan parth o dan y Rheoliadau hyn—

(a)rhaid iddo fod yn ysgrifenedig;

(b)rhaid iddo ddynodi hyd a lled y parth a ddatgenir;

(c)caniateir ei ddiwygio neu ei ddirymu gan ddatganiad pellach unrhyw bryd.

(2) Oni bai fod Gweinidogion Cymru yn datgan yn wahanol wrth wneud unrhyw ddatganiad ynghylch parth, caniateir cwblhau unrhyw symudiad sydd wedi ei wahardd ond sydd eisoes wedi dechrau pan ddaw datganiad o’r fath i rym.

(3) Rhaid i unrhyw berson y gosodir gwaharddiad neu fesur arall arno yn rhinwedd datganiad o dan reoliad 17(5), 18(9), neu 19(3) gydymffurfio ag ef.

(4) Wrth benderfynu diwygio neu ddirymu unrhyw ddatganiad ynghylch parth, rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru roi ystyriaeth i’r sefyllfa epidemiolegol a’r mesurau sy’n angenrheidiol i reoli lledaeniad feirws clefyd Affricanaidd y ceffylau.
