The title of this Order is the Mobile Homes Act 1983 (Amendment of Schedule 1 and Consequential Amendments) (Wales) Order 2013 and it comes into force on 10 July 2013 (“the commencement date”).

This Order applies in relation to Wales.

The amendments made by this Order apply in relation to agreements made on or after the commencement date.
