At ddibenion adran 450 o Ddeddf 1996 ni chaniateir codi ffi mewn cysylltiad â derbyn person i ysgol a gynhelir er mwyn iddo ddilyn cwrs astudio sydd wedi ei gynnwys o fewn cwricwlwm lleol (hyd yn oed os yw’r person hwnnw’n cael addysg ran-amser sy’n addas at anghenion personau o unrhyw oed dros oedran addysg gorfodol).
