3.—(1) Daw darpariaethau Mesur Plant a Theuluoedd (Cymru) 2010 a bennir ym mharagraff (2), i’r graddau nad ydynt eisoes mewn grym, i rym ar 31 Gorffennaf 2013 mewn perthynas â’r ardaloedd awdurdod lleol a ganlyn—
(a)Blaenau Gwent;
(b)Caerffili;
(c)Sir y Fflint;
(d)Sir Fynwy; ac
(e)Torfaen.
(2) Y darpariaethau yw—
(a)adran 57 (sefydlu timau integredig cymorth i deuluoedd);
(b)adran 58 (swyddogaethau timau integredig cymorth i deuluoedd) ac eithrio is-adran (6)(b), (c) a (d);
(c)adran 59 (adnoddau ar gyfer timau integredig cymorth i deuluoedd);
(d)adran 60 (cyfansoddiad timau integredig cymorth i deuluoedd);
(e)adran 61 (sefydlu byrddau integredig cymorth i deuluoedd);
(f)adran 62 (swyddogaethau byrddau integredig cymorth i deuluoedd);
(g)adran 64 (adroddiadau blynyddol ar dimau integredig cymorth i deuluoedd);
(h)adran 65 (canllawiau ynghylch timau integredig cymorth i deuluoedd).
