Cynhyrchion Cig
8.—(1) Ni chaniateir i fwy na dau gynnyrch cig gael eu darparu bob wythnos.
(2) Ni chaniateir i gynhyrchion cig a ddarperir o dan baragraff (1) gael eu gweini fwy na dwywaith bob wythnos.
(3) At ddibenion paragraffau (1) a (2), nid yw cynnyrch cig yn cynnwys “luncheon meat”.
(4) Rhaid i gynhyrchion cig gan gynnwys “luncheon meat” fodloni’r lefelau isaf ar gyfer y cynnwys o ran cig a nodir yn Atodlen 2 i’r Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Cig.
(5) Ni chaniateir i unrhyw gynnyrch cig gael ei ddarparu os yw’n cynnwys unrhyw ran o’r carcas a restrir yn rheoliad 6(2) o’r Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Cig, yn ddarostyngedig i’r eithriad yn rheoliad 6(3) o’r Rheoliadau hynny.
(6) Ni chaniateir i “economy burgers” fel y’u diffinnir yn Atodlen 2 i’r Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Cig gael eu darparu.
(7) Dim ond os bydd unrhyw gynnyrch cig sydd wedi ei siapio ac sydd wedi ei gyfansoddi o gymysgedd o gig a chynhwysion eraill ac nad yw wedi ei gynnwys yn y disgrifiadau neilltuedig a bennir yn Atodlen 2 i’r Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Cig yn cydymffurfio â’r gofynion ynghylch y cynnwys o ran cig ar gyfer “Burger” yn yr Atodlen honno y caniateir ei ddarparu.
