Appointed day

2.  The appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Healthy Eating in Schools (Wales) Measure 2009 is —

(a) 8 August 2013 for section 4; and

(b) 2 September 2013 for sections 1 to 3 and 5 to 11.
