Amendment of article 1 of the principal Order
2.—(1) Following the definition of “the Act” in article 1(2) of the principal Order insert —
““Directive 2011/24/EU” means Directive 2011/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 on the application of patients’ rights in cross-border healthcare(1);
“National Contact Point” means the National Contact Point that Member States are required to designate under article 6 of Directive 2011/24/EU;”.
