Amendment of article 3 of the principal Order
3.—(1) In article 3(2)(c) of the principal Order, following the words “paragraphs (a) and (b)” remove the following punctuation “.” and insert “; and”.
(2) Following article 3(2)(c) of the principal Order, insert —
“(d)to perform the functions of the National Contact Point in Wales for the purposes of Directive 2011/24/EU as set out in regulations 3 to 6 of the National Health Service (Cross-Border Healthcare) Regulations 2013(1).”.
