After regulation 5 of the 2003 Regulations insert—
Prescribed circumstances: receipt of universal credit6
The circumstances that are prescribed for the purposes of section 457(4)(b)(ai) of the 1996 Act5 are that the pupil’s parent is in receipt of universal credit on or after 15 November 2013.
