The provisions set out in that part of the llythrennedd — ysgrifennu document entitled “Y Cyfnod Sylfaen” have effect for the purpose of specifying educational programmes in relation to the relevant areas of learning for Welsh-speaking schools.

For all other schools the provisions set out in that part of the literacy — writing document entitled “Foundation Phase” have effect for the purpose of specifying educational programmes in relation to the relevant areas of learning.
