Schedule 3 to the Building Regulations — Self-certification Schemes and Exemptions from Requriement to Give Building Notice or Deposit Full Plans

24.—(1) In column 1 of Schedule 3, in paragraphs 1, 3 and 4, add “(This paragraph does not apply to the provision of a masonry chimney.)”.

(2) In column 2 of Schedule 3—
