118.—(1) Mae adran 1 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (4)(a), yn lle'r geiriau o “by” hyd at “may be,” rhodder “by the Environment Agency, the Natural Resources Body for Wales (the “NRBW”) or a water undertaker, the Environment Agency, the NRBW or, as the case may be, the water”.
(3) Yn is-adran (4A), hepgorer “and Wales”.
(4) Ar ôl is-adran (4B) mewnosoder—
“(4C) The “area” of the NRBW, in its capacity as a relevant authority for the purposes of this Act, is the whole of Wales.”
(5) Ar ôl is-adran (5) mewnosoder—
“(5A) In this Act, “appropriate agency” means—
(a)in relation to reservoirs in England, the Environment Agency;
(b)in relation to reservoirs in Wales, the NRBW.”
