137.—(1) Mae adran 15 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (1)—
(a)yn lle'r geiriau agoriadol, rhodder “The appropriate agency—”;
(b)ym mharagraff (a)—
(i)yn lle “they” rhodder “it”;
(ii)yn lle'r geiriau o “expense” hyd at “suitable” rhodder “expense of the appropriate agency, at a suitable”;
(c)ym mharagraff (b), yn lle'r geiriau o “expense” hyd at “so far” rhodder “expense of the appropriate agency so far”.
(3) Yn is-adran (3), yn lle'r geiriau cyn “may” rhodder “The appropriate agency”.
(4) Yn is-adran (4), yn y geiriau cau, yn lle'r geiriau o “authorise” hyd at “prejudicially” rhodder “authorise the appropriate agency prejudicially”.
