Yn adran 44 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol (Darpariaethau Amrywiol) 1976, ar ôl is-adran (1B) mewnosoder—

“(1C)

In relation to the Natural Resources Body for Wales, section 16 of this Act shall have effect—

(a)

as if that Body were a local authority; and

(b)

as if, in its application by virtue of paragraph (a), any reference to a function were a reference to the Body’s relevant transferred functions (within the meaning of article 11 of the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012 (S.I. 2012/1903)).”
