In subsection (1), after “Agency” insert “or by the NRBW”.

In subsection (2), after “Agency”, in each place where it occurs, insert “or the NRBW”.

In subsection (3)(c), after “Agency” insert “or the NRBW”.

After subsection (5) insert—

In relation to the NRBW, the reference to functions in subsection (2)(a) has effect as a reference to relevant transferred functions.”
