343.—(1) Section 31 is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (4)(a)(ii) and (b), for “Environment Agency” substitute “appropriate agency”.
(3) After subsection (5) insert—
“(6) In this section, “appropriate agency” means—
(a)in relation to England, the Environment Agency;
(b)in relation to Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales.”
