Deddf yr Amgylchedd 1995 (p. 25)

366.—( 1) Mae adran 8 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn is-adran (1)—

(a) yn y geiriau agoriadol—

(i) hepgorer “or the Countryside Council for Wales”;

(ii) hepgorer “or, as the case may be, Wales”;

(b) ym mharagraff (b), yn lle “the Agency”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “an appropriate agency”;

(c) yn y geiriau cau—

(i) yn lle “the Agency or (as the case may be) the Council” rhodder “Natural England”;

(ii) yn lle “to the Agency” rhodder “to the appropriate agency”.

(3) Ar ôl is-adran (1) mewnosoder—

“(1A) Where the Natural Resources Body for Wales is of the opinion that any area of land in Wales—

(a) is of special interest by reason of its flora, fauna or geological or physiographical features, and

(b) may at any time be affected by schemes, works, operations or activities of the Agency or by an authorisation given by the Agency,

the Natural Resources Body for Wales shall notify the fact that the land is of special interest for that reason to the Agency.”

(4) Yn is-adran (2)—

(a) ym mharagraff (b), yn lle “the Agency”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “an appropriate agency”;

(b) yn y geiriau cau, yn lle “Agency” rhodder “appropriate agency”..

(5) Yn is-adran (3)—

(a) yn lle “the Agency”, yn y man cyntaf lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “an appropriate agency”;

(b) ar ôl “subsection (1)” mewnosoder “, (1A)”;

(c) yn lle “Agency” yn yr ail fan lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “appropriate agency”.

(6) Yn is-adran (4), yn lle “the Countryside Council for Wales” rhodder “the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
