Section 10 is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)—
a
in paragraph (a) omit “and”;
b
after paragraph (a) insert—
aa
for the purposes of article 9 of the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012 (S.I.2012/1903), in relation to the Natural Resources Body for Wales; and
c
in paragraph (b), for “the Agency”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “an appropriate agency”;
d
in the closing words, after “described in paragraphs (a)” insert “, (aa)”.

a
in the opening words, for “the Agency” substitute “an appropriate agency”;
b
in paragraphs (a) to (c), for “Agency”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “appropriate agency”.
